The Provisional Solution in Eden. Part 3

Genesis 3:21

THE LORD GOD DID TUNICS OF FURS AND DRESSED ADAM AND HIS WOMAN.

God prepared a temporary sacrifice, the first shedding of blood on the earth, clothing by the skin of an innocent animal that covered sin, until Jesus came, the Lamb of God, bringing the new birth, taking away the root of the sin of the World, of the human spirit.
A man and a woman, completely naked, not only of physical nakedness, but spiritual nakedness, when their conscience bore them with the crime of their sin, which put them without defense in the sight of God
We see God killing an innocent animal, whose blood smears the earth for the first time. The animal was not to blame, it had not failed, it did not deserve to die, but to cover the shame of man's sin, it was killed. Someone had to die.
At that hour of sin, man died spiritually, but the animal was sacrificed symbolically, for God had said, "In the day that you eat of it, you shall surely die." Innocent blood was shed for the sake of man, who, in fact, deserved to die.
We see the great Creator of the heavens, of the stars, of the seas, of all that is in them, made tailor and making garments to cover the shame of man, His most important creation, because it was made in "His image and likeness"
We see the Lord making garments, robes of skins, and dressing them
We see then the man and his woman, suitably clothed, being cast out of the garden, that they should not eat of the tree of life, and not be lost forever. What great love, the love of God! ...
We see that God did not throw the garments for them to dress, but he dressed them with all His love and affection. Which mother wears her awkward baby, so God wore man and woman.
My beloved readers, Christ was killed because of our sins (1 Corinthians 15: 2), so that we could leave the inadequate "fig leaves" and be clothed in His wonderful righteousness, the faith that He has gained us on the cross.
"Put on therefore the new man, which after God is created in truth and righteousness and holiness" (Ephesians 4:24).

God bless us with our faith in Jesus.
