The will of God has already determined the blessing for all.

I sought the LORD, and he answered me; He has delivered me from all my fears. (Psalm 34.4)

Jesus guarantees the blessing because he was able to fulfill the mission of voluntarily going to the cross as a living sacrifice on our behalf.
Whoever asks for the release of the fears of the evils of this life, the help, the help, the healing, the financial dignity, the forgiveness, the protection, the salvation in the name of Jesus will be heard.
